Our goal is to make an exchange or refund as fair and easy as possible.
You may return most items sold by avemariaportland.com within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.
We will also pay the return shipping cost if the return is a result of our error. Please note that we are unable to
exchange items. We cannot accept returns of certain items, including: Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery.
Any CD, DVD, VHS tape, cassette tapes that has been opened (taken out of its plastic wrap) or any candles. Any item that is not in its
original condition, is damaged, or is missing parts. Any product missing the serial number or UPC. Special Occasion Dresses must be returned in their original condition with the "purchase tag" in place.
Unfortunately, we cannot refund original shipping & handling charges unless an error occurred on our part in shipping your order.
